Our client, an E-learning platform for tech upskilling and career acceleration is looking for a Program Operations and Analytics Manager to own the tracking, reporting, and operational health of our corporate training programs. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining accuracy and consistency across all learner and
program data. Your core responsibility will be to monitor metrics like attendance, quiz completion, engagement, and LMS activity, and to drive internal accountability by nudging training coordinators and stakeholders for timely follow-up. This role is based out of Abu Dhabi and is fully in-person.
Key responsibilities
● Track and maintain all key program KPIs—attendance, engagement scores, quiz completions, assignment submissions, session feedback, and LMS activity—across multiple training cohort
● Ensure all learner-level records are up-to-date and accurate, from registration to program completion. Coordinate with training coordinators to correct any data mismatches.
● Create and share timely dashboards and reports for internal and client stakeholders. Summarize key trends, highlight risks, and surface actionable insights.
● Proactively nudge relevant team members (e.g., training coordinators) to take corrective action based on reporting—e.g., follow up with inactive learners, fill in missing data, or fix access issues.
● Act as a program health gatekeeper—flagging early warning signals (e.g., low attendance, drop in engagement) and ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
● Identify and implement improvements to how we track, report, and act on learner-level data. Recommend tools, templates, or automation where applicable.
● Work closely with client success, tech, ops, and learning experience teams to ensure reporting consistency and support smooth program execution.
● Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or any related discipline
● 4+ years of experience in program operations, analytics, or training coordination
● Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; familiarity with LMS tools and reporting platforms preferred
● Strong command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
● Must be available for full-time, in-person work based out of Abu Dhabi
