Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is looking for an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) Consultant to support a prestigious educational institute in Mumbai. This is a high-visibility role that involves working closely with institutional leadership to drive strategic project planning, execution, and governance across academic and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, tracking, and reporting of key institutional projects
Define and implement project governance structures and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
Identify risks, manage dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
Ensure documentation, resource planning, and budget adherence
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
Minimum 5 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in PMO roles
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
