Assignment Details

Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is looking to engage with an experienced Consultant with a deep understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) operations within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry/Banking.

This role involves providing expert guidance and strategic insights to the client organization's LAP division to double the lap business, expand geographies, and suggest policy changes, and best practise in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

LAP Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for the LAP business unit to drive growth and profitability.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to LAP in the NBFC sector.

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, fostering strong relationships to secure LAP deals.

Risk Management: Assess the risk associated with LAP deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAP products and their suitability for various customer segments.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless LAP operations and excellent customer service.

Performance Tracking: Monitor LAP portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to LAP operations.

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

Skills Required

-Minimum 15 years in Sales, with a focus on Loan Against Property in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)/Banking sector
-Proven track record of achieving LAP sales targets and driving business growth.
-Excellent understanding of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Familiarity with NBFC industry trends and best practices.
