Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global management consulting firm, is seeking to engage with a seasoned Sales & Marketing expert to support strategic initiatives in channel development, brand growth, and market expansion

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Manage and grow distributor, dealer, retailer, and institutional sales networks to increase market reach.
  • Brand Development: Lead brand building initiatives across B2B and B2C channels, including digital, retail, and trade marketing.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new markets or customer segments through strategic planning and product launches.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and key channel partners to drive business.
  • Sales Planning & Execution: Plan sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure effective implementation of pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Consumer & Market Insights: Track customer feedback and competitor activities to support product enhancement and strategic decisions.

Note - 
Project duration: 3 weeks
Capacity: 4-5 days elapsed time over a 3-week period.
Location: Remote, open to travel
