Assignment Details

Our client, a leading SAAS based solution provider in the real estate industry is looking to engage with a consultant with extensive experience in enterprise sales.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1.Generate new sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting, networking and marketing 


2. Gaining profitable growth by identifying and securing new business within the Enterprise space 


3. Penetrate Accounts – Call into a target accounts & subsidiaries to build relationships with decision makers in order to create opportunities 


4. Determining the right approaches to leverage and the best ways to make this happen
5. Interact with Senior C level contacts in key accounts 


6. Helping identify ideas to better engage with and improve outcomes for key channel partners

 

Capacity: 10-15 hours/week (Candidate would be required to visit the office once a month)

Location: Chennai

Skills Required


1. Extensive work experience in the Sales domain. 


2. Deep knowledge of the Real Estate/Construction Industry 


3. Critical thinking and problem solving skills 


4. Ability to innovate and develop strategy to approach clients 

5.Proven track record of selling large deals
