Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Consultant—Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue and Profitability: Own and drive revenue, collection, and profitability for the entire portfolio in the assigned region, focusing on government sector clients.
Strategic Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor pricing and discounting strategies, and ensure adherence to pricing guidelines.
Customer Engagement: Engage with existing accounts to identify growth opportunities, expand share of wallet, and add uncovered accounts. Manage direct sales through contractors, panel builders, and distributors.
Product and Services Sales: Support the sales of products and ‘with the product’ services across the region, in collaboration with Product BU Heads.
Territory Expansion: Identify new territories and customers for expansion, and oversee the appointment of people and partners to increase reach and revenue.
Team Development: Hire, develop, and multi-skill the sales force to achieve regional sales strategies, ensuring a unified approach to customers.
Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Head to guide and support the sales team in achieving regional targets.

Skills Required

Proven experience in sales management, particularly within the government sector.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve targets.
