Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking for a Key Account Manager: Service sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. The consultant will be responsible for working closely with major End users (Data Centers, Industry End Users, Partners, on OEM Installed bases).
2. The Consultant should generate long-term as well as short-term Service Business for Secure Power Products.
3. Plan and achieve order booking targets for SPIBS (Modernization and Batteries and capacitors, spares, consulting Business, )
4. Managing existing Customer base and developing new customer base. Mapping all existing customers for Services Business .
5. Develop new customers where OEM IB is available with a service Mindset .
6. Leverage the Channel Partners, to address the customer requirements & nurture them for technical capability enhancement to gain market share in services within the Region.
7. Should negotiate and build relationships, Clarify customer queries and resolve problems on a priority basis and can carry Corporate image and should be a solution provider to customers.
8. Excellent influencing and convincing skills, computer skills are mandatory.
9. Expert in Understanding UPS and cooling product market for services Business.
10. Responsible for new opportunity generation via customer visits by selling full range of services offers.
11. OPP management should be 3 times of target 2024 OB
12. To prepare and offer preliminary quote for the opportunities generated and follow up till closure.
13. Take help from back office till opportunity closure and Qualify opportunities
generated by DOF and validate it by visiting / witnessing the asset.
14. Arrange and schedule promotional campaign.

Skills Required

- Engineering graduate with 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in product / solution sales industry.
- Excellent influencing and convincing skills, computer skills are mandatory.
- USP and cooling solutions knowledge is desirable, data center knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
