Our client, an E-learning platform for tech upskilling and career acceleration. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to join their newly established Middle East enterprise business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of a few of Scaler’s programs across companies in the UAE. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with HR companies to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the value proposition of our tailored training solutions. A strong command of Arabic is preferable for this role, as you will be interacting with clients who primarily
communicate in Arabic. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor to the growth of Scaler’s B2B presence in a rapidly expanding market.
This role is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and will involve regular client interactions across the Middle East region.
Key responsibilities:
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within HR organizations.
● Client & Learner Communication & Data Collation: Serve as the primary contact for program information for clients and learners, ensuring all necessary data points for successful training initiation.
● Value Proposition Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of Scaler’s training programs to HR professionals.
● Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
● Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactively identify and target HR companies across the Middle East region that can benefit from Scaler’s corporate upskilling solutions.
● Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of HR companies.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B account management or business development, preferably within the HR services or corporate training sector in the Middle East.
● Fluent proficiency in Arabic (spoken, written and typing) is highly preferable. Excellent command of English is also required.
● Proven track record of successfully generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
