Assignment Details

Our client, Reproductive Healthcare company, is looking to engage with an Independent Consultant with expertise in building and scaling General trade and Modern trade for any FMCG or D2C brands across India. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale the offline business (GT + MT) from scratch to a scale brand across Pan-India.
  • Strong expertise in offline GTM strategy, distribution design, and expansion roadmap.
  • Establish and manage national & regional Modern Trade key accounts.
  • Set up and scale the General Trade distribution ecosystem end-to-end.
  • Drive offline revenue growth, market penetration, and profitability.
  • Define pricing, trade terms, and promotion frameworks for offline channels.
  • Build and lead sales & distribution teams in a startup / new-age environment.

 

Skills Required

  • Deep expertise in General Trade and Modern Trade sales and distribution (both mandatory).
  • Proven ability to build offline businesses from scratch to scale for consumer / D2C brands.
  • Strong strategic and execution capability across GTM, pricing, and trade marketing.
  • Senior leadership skills with founder-level stakeholder management and decision-making.
