Assignment Details

Our client, One of India's oldest and most renowned Malt Whisky distilleries is looking to engage with a seasoned and highly structured professional to anchor Sales & Marketing
Operations within the Office of the Director.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operational Governance: Establish structured trackers, dashboards, SOPs, and reporting frameworks to drive discipline.
  • System Building: Design processes from scratch to institutionalize workflow and reporting cadence.
  • Sales Operations: Monitor revenue performance, pipeline visibility, and territory-wise reporting accuracy.
  • Marketing Performance Tracking: Oversee campaign execution, exhibitions, and ROI/lead tracking mechanisms.
  • MIS & Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards and ensure data integrity for leadership reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align Sales, Marketing, and Design through structured follow-ups and accountability.
  • Execution & Escalation: Translate strategy into action plans, track commitments, and escalate gaps in a solution-oriented manner.
