Assignment Details

Flexing It provides on-demand talent solutions to 2000+ organizations including large enterprises, PE/VC firms, professional services firms, mid-sized companies, startups, non-profit organizations, and boutique firms. With a curated talent network of over 100K independent professionals and experts in Asia and the Middle East, Flexing It’s engagement models bring agility to business challenges, helps access specialist skills and expertise, build new capabilities, and deliver bespoke consulting mandates. We are looking to hire Business Development Manager based in Delhi/Mumbai or Bengaluru, as part of our growth team. 

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong funnel and manage the sales cycle independently. 
  • Represent the company in key meetings, events and discussions.
  • Build and customize marketing collateral for ICPs across key target markets. 
  • Onboard and support the first set of engagements, and ensure seamless handoff to operations.
  • Build on upsell and cross sell opportunities for high potential accounts. 
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to track lifecycle and engagement.
  • Support growth team in value illustration and broader client engagement.

Skills Required

  • Experienced professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a demonstrable track record in enterprise business development. 
  • The role requires to engage with senior leaders and business managers across industries, and functions. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems (like HubSpot), GTM tools or equivalent is necessary. 
  • Strong value illustration in previous role(s) and valid testimonials will be key for consideration.
