Key Responsibilities:
Pitch the enterprise organization to companies hiring for roles across Product, Strategy, and Operations.
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams.
Drive interview opportunities and secure job offers for students.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and account management pipeline.
Identify new hiring partners and expand existing company relationships.
Location: Bangalore (Electronic City)
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, or talent acquisition.
Strong network with Hiring Managers and TA teams across Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies (preferred).
Proven track record of driving partnerships, closures, and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
