Assignment Details

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support assessment of assortment changes, including competitive pricing and service kit modifications
  • Provide on-ground inputs on retailer response to pricing and assortment changes
  • Support rollout and tracking of retailer incentive programs and schemes
  • Collect feedback from retailers and distributors on scheme effectiveness
  • Support implementation of technician referral programs
  • Assist in improving in-store visibility for service offerings
  • Support onboarding schemes and loyalty programs for retailers and technicians
  • Accompany sales teams on daily sales beats to observe and support execution
  • Support sales pitch refinement through field feedback
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with field teams to ensure adherence to targets
  • Enable centralized reporting and progress tracking through daily updates

Skills Required

Skills & Experience

 

  • Management graduate or related degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales or field experience, preferably in consumer durables
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned markets
  • Languages: Hindi and English required; Bengali preferred
