Key Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive market visits across South India to engage with dealers and key accounts.
Gather feedback on pain points and bottlenecks faced during the transition to the client company’s brand.
Provide actionable insights from the field to support seamless integration and transition planning.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts during the integration phase.
Act as a bridge between the client’s integration team and on-ground stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Skills and Experience:
Experience: 5–10 years of sales experience in commodity or building product sectors in India.
Leadership Exposure: Prior experience as Head of Sales at state level or higher is mandatory.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dealer/distributor ecosystems in South India.
Languages: Fluency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or Telugu) preferred.
Skills: Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving mindset, and ability to synthesize market insights effectively.
