Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and scale our Flipkart
business. The role involves complete ownership of the platform’s performance, driving revenue
growth, visibility, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the P&L for the Flipkart channel, driving revenue, profitability, and growth.
2. Plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and improve ROAS while optimising ad spend.
3. Brainstorm and execute ideas to enhance brand visibility and product performance on Flipkart.
4. Create data-driven strategies to reduce cost per spend, maximise campaign efficiency, and strengthen the overall product range and category presence.
5. Manage listings, pricing, opt-in, content, stock availability, and promotional campaigns.
6. Coordinate with Flipkart category teams for visibility opportunities and platform events.
7. Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category performance to identify new opportunities.
8. Work closely with supply chain and finance teams for order flow, returns, and claim management.
9. Analyse weekly/monthly performance metrics and share actionable business insights.

1. Monthly revenue and GMV growth
2. Advertising ROI (RoAS)
3. Conversion and visibility improvement
4. OOS and return rate reduction
5. Profitability and margin contribution

Requirements
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing.
● 4-6 years of experience in E-commerce account management, with at least 3 years managing Flipkart.
● Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and marketplace tools.
