Scope of Work:
Represent Service Operations in Bangladesh across all Business Units – Secure Power, Power Products, Power Systems, and Industry.
Act as the key point of contact for service-related matters and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and proactive support.
Ensure response and resolution timelines are adhered to as per defined service standards.
Manage and oversee a network of CSS partners, ensuring their KPIs and performance metrics remain on track.
Monitor service performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions where required.
