Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a seasoned Executive Consultant to support major strategic commercial opportunities within the energy sector. The role involves guiding large, complex deal pursuits, strengthening executive-level engagement with key external partners, and enhancing internal capabilities for structured large-deal execution.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and strategic guidance on selected complex, high-value deal opportunities across global regions.
Support major industrial and energy transition projects spanning electrification, automation, and digital solutions.
Strengthen executive-level engagement with customers and strategic external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of frameworks, governance models, and best practices for large-deal execution.
Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance internal large-deal capabilities.
Improve overall win rates and deal quality through disciplined pursuit processes and structured reviews.
Collaborate cross-functionally across commercial, technical, and regional teams.

Skills Required

Extensive experience in large, complex commercial deal structuring within the energy or industrial sector.
Strong exposure to energy transition, electrification, automation, and digital solution ecosystems.
Proven ability to engage with senior executives and external strategic stakeholders.
Experience working across multiple geographies and cross-functional global teams.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
