Assignment Details

Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Consultant – Senior Manager Sales to lead A2E (Access to Energy) business development activities in Bangladesh. The role will focus on driving commercial growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring successful end-to-end coordination and execution of A2E solutions in the country.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead A2E business development and commercial activities across Bangladesh.
• Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including:
Funders (government, corporate, private institutions)
NGOs
System implementers and partners
Consultants and industry influencers
Primary research organizations and associations
• Achieve the annual Impact Target and Sales Target as defined by the Line of Business (LoB) for the country.
• Own and drive coordination between customers, the country team, execution partners, and the A2E LoB for complete project delivery, including lifecycle services and technical support.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, track risks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide accurate progress updates against defined milestones to ensure projects and initiatives remain on schedule.

Skills Required

Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management, preferably within energy or development-focused sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and partnership-building capabilities.
Experience working with government bodies, NGOs, and funding agencies is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
