Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Consultant – Senior Manager, Service Sales to lead and drive the complete service portfolio across multiple business units. The role will be responsible for delivering sales growth, managing territory operations, and strengthening partner engagement to achieve annual business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the complete service portfolio across four business units: Secure Power, Power Systems, Power Products, and Digital Energy.
Achieve annual Order, Sales, and Cash targets in line with the growth objectives of the Service Business Unit.
Manage and grow the existing territory by strengthening customer relationships and maximizing account penetration.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped regions.
Lead and manage service partners to ensure alignment with sales targets and service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and market insights.
Proven experience in service sales, business development, or territory management.
Strong understanding of service portfolios across power or energy-related domains.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage channel/service partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
