ABOUT THE POSITION:

 

Our client, a leading French multinational corporation specializing in digital automation and energy management, is seeking a highly motivated Service Sales Executive to join the End User Services Sales team based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing territories, developing new business opportunities across the Jharkhand region, and driving growth through consultative selling of technical and service-based solutions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The sales professional should be able to drive and manage the existing business territory, generate new business avenues in the untapped regions of Jharkhand (especially focusing on Jamshedpur, Ranchi, BIADA, Giridih, Gola, Koderma, Ramgarh, etc.), and nurture accounts to bring in good business as well as manage service partners.
  • The candidate must be seasoned in consultative selling and selling technical services solutions (modernization, upgradation, consulting, audit services, cooling systems, spare parts, etc.) to all customers.
  • Experience in selling digital and connected solutions to the aforesaid customers to gain market share within the region.
  • Achieve the yearly order, sales, and cash targets in line with the growth ambition of the Service BU.
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts and formulate business strategies to saturate the account with the maximum share of business.
  • Ability to self-motivate, multitask, and work independently or within a team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills Required

  • Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong Key Account Management capabilities with a focus on driving business growth and retention.
  • Experience in Order Booking and Sales Realization to meet defined revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ability to support cash collection processes and ensure timely payment cycles.
  • Strategic mindset for Business Planning and Execution, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in Sales Promotion and Territory Development to enhance market presence and customer reach.
