Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food and Agri conglomerate, is looking for a Consultant who can provide sales capability with strong interpersonal skills with experience in instructional training. 

Key Responsibilities- 
 

  • Design and deliver impactful training sessions for both new hires and experienced employees through interactive workshops, seminars, and coaching programs that strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
  • Identify skill gaps and areas for improvement through performance observation and data review
  • Develop high-quality training resources and structured learning programs, including digital content and physical materials such as videos, case studies, and playbooks, aligned with business goals and sales performance objectives.
  • Provide ongoing individual and team coaching while tracking progress and delivering constructive feedback, and collaborate closely with sales managers and fellow trainers to ensure training initiatives remain consistent, relevant, and results-driven.

Skills Required

Skills Required - 

  • Proven sales experience of at least 7 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities, enabling clear knowledge transfer, strong stakeholder engagement, and effective facilitation of group and one-to-one learning sessions.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and training data, and translate insights into practical, results-oriented learning strategies and development programs.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and corporate training, including the creation of learning materials, and delivery methods tailored to diverse learner needs.
