Assignment Details


Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day client and distributor operations in line with company policies.
  • Build and expand a strong distributor network across assigned geographies.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve 100% monthly targets across channels.
  • Increase outlet coverage, line selling, and implement perfect store templates.
  • Ensure feet-on-street effectiveness and 100% attendance of distributor sales teams.
  • Coordinate with key outlets and resolve distributor or retailer escalations.
  • Cascade schemes, new product launches, and style codes through MOC meetings.
  • Manage distributor claims, reporting, MIS, and timely escalations.
  • Ensure call cycle planning, adherence, and task completion through HHT systems.
  • Train, coach, and monitor sales associates through on-the-job guidance.
  • Track daily sales performance, conduct audits, and manage market benchmarking.
  • Support market development initiatives and channel-wise forecasting.
  • Control attrition of associates and support recruitment as needed.
  • Conduct competition benchmarking and share insights with BDM regularly.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in  FMCG sales, retail execution, and field operations.
  • Distributor and channel management expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills (local language & English).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Sales coaching and people management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of products, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong execution focus.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in MIS, audits, and sales tracking systems.
  • High level of ownership, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.
