Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global professional services firm is looking to engage with a consultant who who can deliver the following responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze and derive insights from large-scale pan-India sales and commercial datasets. 
  • Support the design and implementation of sales transformation initiatives. 
  • Develop a centralized playbook covering: 
  • Salesforce hiring and deployment.
  • Training and capability development. 
  • Sales engagement and performance management. 
  • Incentive structures. 
  • Trade schemes and promotion.
  • Contribute to trade scheme optimization and revenue management strategies
  • Support GTM (Go-To-Market) and channel strategy initiatives.
  • Set up and manage program governance structures and execution tracking mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with regional teams and travel to branch locations for implementation and stakeholder alignment.

 

Travel to branch locations for sales related work.

Skills Required

Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
  • Experience in sales strategy, commercial transformation, or revenue growth initiatives.
  • Exposure to commercial transformation programs, including areas such as:
  • Sales acceleration.
  • Pricing and promotions
  • Revenue management
  • GTM / channel strategy
  • Experience in frontline salesforce productivity improvement.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and execution plans.
  • Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in the consumer appliances industry will be highly beneficial but is not mandatory.
