S2 Analytics is looking for manpower as it wants to expand. You have to help us search and recruit candidates.
Key responsibilities are shown below:
* Searching of databases & job boards to source candidates
* Conducting resume screening, short-listing candidates, maintaining the sourcing database, generating employee referrals etc
* Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews.
* Ensuring the right match between candidate and job requirement
* Working with external agencies/sourcing consultants to effectively source candidates from varied sources, such as job portals, head hunting, internal referrals, social networking sites, etc.
After screening, relevant candidates details should be sent to concerned person in S2 Analytics.
You have to look for candidates for 1 or more positions.
