Our client is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company looking to engage
with a R&D Formulation to support innovation and technology development within the skin care category. The role involves designing and developing new product formulations, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovation projects
Key Responsibilities:
1-Lead and support formulation development for skin care products including lotions, creams, gels, serums, sorbets, and skin cleansing formats.
2-Deliver all technical aspects of innovation and technology projects on time and in full (OTIF).
3-Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams including packaging, CTI, fragrance, and processing teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4-Work closely with global and regional stakeholders such as TPLs, MET Leads, Fragrance Leads, Supply Chain, Claims Team, and S&T teams.
5-Coordinate with external partners including fragrance houses, raw material suppliers, innovative ingredient suppliers, and technology providers.
6-Design and execute formulation trials, stability studies, and performance evaluations for new product development.
7-Resolve technical challenges through strong networking with multifunctional global and regional teams.
8-Ensure compliance with R&D protocols, product safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
1-Strong understanding of product development principles and R&D processes.
2-Experience in project lifecycle management and innovation delivery.
3-Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills for formulation development.
4-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with global teams.
5-Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaborations.
6-Strong people management, financial awareness, and business acumen.
7-Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
