Our client is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company looking to engage with R&D Formulation within the Personal Care or Pharmaceutical industry. The role involves working on oral care product formulations, experimental design, and product stability studies, while collaborating with cross-functional global teams. The candidate will contribute to product innovation, research, and development activities using scientific methodologies and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities-
1-Develop and optimize formulations for Oral Care products, including new chassis and active ingredients.
2-Design, execute, and document formulation experiments, stability studies, and product evaluations.
3-Utilize digital tools, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and basic statistical methods to support data-driven decision making in product development.
4-Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports, presentations, and insights for local and global R&D teams.
5-Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor technologies, and regulatory developments in oral care and personal care formulations.
6-Contribute technical inputs for Intellectual Property (IP) filings and innovation documentation.
7-Provide technical support to manufacturing sites, including troubleshooting product or process issues and participating in plant trials.
8-Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
9-Ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory instruments and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
10Contribute to the global R&D knowledge-sharing community within the organization.
1-1–2 years of R&D experience in formulation development within Personal Care or Pharmaceutical industry.
2-Hands-on experience in formulation development, laboratory instruments, experimental design, and stability studies.
3-Knowledge of physical and chemical sciences applied to product development and testing.
4-Familiarity with digital tools, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and basic statistical analysis for data-driven product development.
5-Ability to design, conduct, document, and interpret experiments independently.
6-Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
7-Good time management, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced R&D environment.
