Assignment Details

Our client, a Top-Tier Consulting Firm is looking to engage with a R&D Transformation Consultant in Tractor OEM.

Key Responsibilities: 


1. R&D Transformation - Guide the client’s R&D teams through strategic shifts, integrating best practices to optimize the product development lifecycle and promote innovation.


2. Design and Vehicle Integration - Oversee and advise on vehicle design processes, ensuring that products align with market demands and functional requirements.


3. Project Management - Manage automotive projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met; handle risk management and stakeholder communication.


4. Product Strategy and Management - Support product portfolio decisions, assist in defining strategic roadmaps, and oversee the lifecycle of new and existing products.


5. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing - Work closely with internal teams, transferring knowledge and instilling industry-leading methods in R&D and product management.

Note- Travel to Punjab on a need basis.

Skills Required

  • Experience in automotive OEMs or tractor OEMs, with a strong background in R&D, vehicle integration, project management, or product strategy.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing automotive projects, with an ability to implement best practices in R&D transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in complex technical environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
