Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading FMCG company is looking for a Senior Analytical and Stability Scientist. The consultant will be responsible for supporting Analytical Development and Stability related work to support the growth ambition for the Health & Wellbeing Collective.
Following will be the key accountabilities-
• Participate in project teams as subject matter expert to provide inputs and lead the analytical and stability related activities.
• Identify and work collaboratively with contract laboratories to outsource activities related to analytical and Stability.
• Assess, design & review the method development, validation & transfer related activities for new products for Health and Wellbeing category.
• Develop stability design to meet global market requirements and regulatory guidelines, review and analyze data & establish shelf-life.
• Help problem solving existing business challenges / regulatory issues. Lead the product investigations for Out of spec/trend results.
• Establish the analytical and stability related SOPs and guidance documents.
• Follow GMPs, SHE requirements and other applicable regulations. Keep abreast on the latest changes in regulatory requirement and analytical science and coach associates.
• Ensure timely completion of all the assigned trainings and to perform all daily tasks in accordance with global standards and policies. Report any unsafe acts or conditions that are observed in the workplace and participate in any assigned safety related processes and activities.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (Analytical Chemistry). Masters or a PhD is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Analytical Sciences /Stability
• Experience with the product development process for one or more of categories such as dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, drug products.
• Demonstrated ability to apply scientific principles and techniques to assigned projects.
• Have working and/or hands-on knowledge and experience in techniques such as HPLC, LC MS and analytical techniques preferably relevant to micronutrients testing, botanicals, and novel ingredients, etc.
• Ability to manage the Stability program, product specifications. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical, digital tools.
• Strong in GMPs, good laboratory and good documentation practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work well with others, and ability to plan and execute work independently with minimal supervision. Able to interact effectively with the most senior levels of management both internally and externally
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability using innovative thought and good scientific judgment
• Ability to lead projects with multiple external parties including contractors, research partners, manufacturing facilities, etc.
