We are looking for a consultant who can work with the team to validate & refine the sales & distribution chain of a cosmetic/FMCG company. The assignment involves the following:
1. Understanding & analyzing the current processes/procedures & policies followed by the sales & distribution division
2. Identifying & assessing the process & policy gaps or issues which acts as a bottlenecks to smooth functioning of sales & distribution chain
3. Providing inputs into other aspects of the refinement of sales & distribution chain including software selection & customization, avoiding stock out positions across the chain, ways to avoid revenue leakages/frauds etc.
1. Management or strategy consulting experience in FMCG space is expected.
2. Prior experience of handling or redefining SOPs of sales & distribution is must.
3. Knowledge of various ERPs utilised in the FMCG will be a definite plus.
