Project – Serialization solution implementation
Job Summary
1. Working and implementing PharmaSecure's IT solution at the client location within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost.
2. Execute implementation of PharmaSecure's solution as per agreed terms and SLA with client.
3. Co-ordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
4. Create a Gantt chart-based project plan including milestones, dependencies, roles and responsibilities
5. Manage project efficiently and effectively to meet milestones and deliver project successfully
6. Conduct review meetings and circulate minutes and action items
7. Complete post-implementation follow-up to monitor customer satisfaction, as needed, following project completion.
8. Keeping abreast with project quality and timelines in the condition for frequent change in user requirements during the project execution.
9. Proactively communicates schedule and scope changes, escalation of program issues internally and with the client
10. Maintains all issues impacting deliverables and schedules through with thorough documentation.
Desired Experience:
1. Experience working in a client service organization, preferably in a client facing role with an understanding of the software services and product eco-systems design and development processes for web applications, mobile platforms, and desktop platforms.
2. Tech savvy, experienced in delivery programs and familiar with various software development lifecycles
3. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills with impeccable responsiveness and follow-through on details
4. Experience with and interest in project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices
5. Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence others by negotiating and building cohesiveness across diverse individual skills and working styles
6. Proven ability and desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement
7. Ability to handle a high volume of work with many deadlines to meet
8. Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision, minimal direction and frequent interruptions
