Assignment Details

Our client is a PE funded Indian Pharma Manufacturer. They are in the process of undertaking a major organizational transformation exercise and to support a key workstream associated with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), they are looking for analytical support.

Responsibilities:

1. Run core SFE-related analytics.
2. Work with senior leadership to derive insights.
3. Generate hypotheses on areas needing most focus.
4. Developing a high-quality, linked model that summarises the work.

This project would require full time capacity for a duration of 1 month

Skills Required

* Prior consulting experience is a must.
* Experience with salesforce analytics (SFE) especially in pharma will be a huge plus.
* Strong problem solving and advanced excel skills.
