Our client - Asia's leading real estate portal are looking to engage with a Strategic Project Manager for Post Merger Integrations who can deliver the following key responsibilities :
1. Track, report and achieve post-merger integration synergy targets over a period of 12-18 months .
2. Co-create a framework for integration and post-merger integration budget with the M&A/ DD team .
3. Take handover of the business plan tracking from M&A/ DD team .
4. Manage post-merger integration process once deal is completed, involving key personnel as required and working closely with the strategy and broader Project and Program Management teams .
5. Establish weekly rhythms for team and cross-functional engagement .
6. Manage risks and issues in the process towards effective completion.
Location- Remote
Duration- 12 months (Extendable)
Capacity- Part- time / Full-time
1. Driven, high energy, positive, flexible and very outcome-focused .
2. Highly structured and organised, with good prioritisation and critical path .thinking skills as a Project Manager .
3. Strong Excel and Powerpoint abilities, financial modelling experience is desirable.
4. Strong EQ and helpful nature.
5. Must have experience managing a project team with clients.
6. Quantitative degree and loves numbers.
7. Post-merger integration project management experience.
