Our client, a healthcare service provider, is looking to engage with a consultant to conduct Secondary Research.
Problem statement is to find out which are the right locations to start building these unit and the need to identify the "white zones" where these families are most likely to be found - at least 10,000+ families in a radius of 3 KM.
In our initial assessment, targeting the following customer type:
SEC A/ A+ household, Household with dependents (children/ parents), Comfortable purchasing services/high-end products online (use of Urban Ladder, Urban Clap), Migrants (with less than 10 years in the city)
Initial thought process is to superimpose the following data points "ward wise" in Bangalore:
1. # of Households in Wards from Census, households with children
2. Rental rates in Wards (to assess affluence)
3. % Migrant population (estimated; may be available in Census)
4. Research on clinic density/ competition in the area (for Pediatric, Gynae, Int. Medicine, GP from Practo)
Note : This is a remote based project for 2 - 3 man-days of work .
