Assignment Details

Our client, a leading International FMCG company is looking to engage with a talent management consultant.

Key Deliverables -
1. Training & Development
-Lead the capability agenda in India in identifying, developing and managing training programs behavioural / leadership skills.
-On technical capability partner with the functional HRBPS to execute the agenda.
-Prepare reporting on capability and talent metrices
2. Talent management
-Drive all talent management initiatives in the organisation
-Drive activities such as defining competencies, assessing them, identifying high potential employees, building succession depth
3. Performance Management
-Design, implement and coordinate the appraisal exercise across PVMI.
-Coordinating the process of moderations, performance management and career progression thereof.
4. Employer branding: Lead the social media strategy in India and be accountable for the all external branding, participation in surveys and vendor meets.
5. Be responsible for overall TA process and compliance. Ensure management of Linkedin related search. (no consultant led hiring)
6. Prepare reporting matrices on capability and talent and ensure we build on the succession depth and create future leaders through appropriate development initiates.

Note - It is a 6 month full time onsite project based in Gurgaon.

Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution.
• Team Player
• Superior written and verbal communication Skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
• Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, viz: Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must.
