Key Deliverables -
1. To ensure associate lifecycle management and HR Center of Excellence (COE) activities are performed (Onboarding, personnel files, exit management, letter issuance, training calendar management, performance management process, etc.) as per the defined SOPs
2. To prepare the HR dashboards in a timely manner and aid decision making
3. To ensure that the queries on the Helpdesk are resolved as per the TAT
4. To prepare the required files and data as per the compliance requirement
5. To track attendance and leave and ensure compliance with the Trusts policies
6. To provide operational support to the HR CoE teams for their respective projects
