Company Details

NURTURE INDIA is an eco-friendly homewares brand focussed on wood crafts of India. We are an e-commerce, wholesale and export brand.
We designed and manufacture includes 400+ SKUs across 15 categories (trays, platters, coasters, bowls, mugs, tissue holders, storage jars, boxes, etc.) in WOODEN handmade homewares. We have presence in India, Spain, UK, USA and UAE, and market our products through trade fairs, website, social media and digital marketing. We have worked with renowned companies like the Coca-cola, Hamleys, Taj Hotels, HomeTown (Future Group), Hamilton, Adani group, the GVK group, Chumbak, BIRA, the Bombay Store amongst others. In the short span of 2 years we have been fortunate to be selected for renowned design fairs - Maison & Objet, France and Ambiente, Germany, and to have been recognised by journals such as the Times of India, Hindustan Times, Mumbai Mirror, Yourstory.com and Popxo.com.
We are expanding into e-commerce at the moment and have received overwhelming response in the first 2 months of operations (May-June 2020).

Assignment Details

1. Work directly with the founders of the company to create and drive the overall marketing strategy - online and offline, B2B and retail
2. Manage the marketing team (2-3 members) in development and execution of various marketing plans
3. Plan, execute and assess success of each marketing strategy and identify improvement areas, KRAs
4. Manage marketing portfolio including execution of digital, social media and on ground activities - monitor the progress of each
5. Identify brand-building areas - designing strategy and continuously creating campaigns around brand, other strategies with respect to where to promote, how to promote, what to promote, various channels, etc.
6. Interact with potential clients and negotiate and close sales (primarily for B2B and exports)
7. Conduct regular surveys and leverage customer insight data to refine brand management

Skills Required

1. Closing / negotiation skills and motivation for sales
2. Able to lead a team of marketing people
3. Good understanding of online and offline marketing
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to think creatively
6. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies
