Assignment Details

1. Placement and Listing of FMCG products with Organized/Modern Retail Chains.
2. Key Account Management of ofline & online retailers.
3. Negotiate with Modern retail chains to get the best deal for the FMCG company
4. Implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
5. Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activities
6. Develop detailed reports that offer quantifiable data to assist the sales, marketing and production departments

Skills Required

1. Extensive work experience in the Sales and Distribution domain.
2. Deep knowledge of the FMCG Industry
3. Understanding of both Online and Offline Marketing Techniques
4. Hands on experience in Modern Retailer Management
5. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
6. Ability to innovate and develop strategy as well as lead practical day-to-day execution
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. Proven working experience in successful product launches
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
