1) Designing processes for recruitment including base productivity on calls made, interviews conducted and candidates hired

1)Experience in Talent Acquisition in the Healthcare industry will be preferred
2) Prior proven experience on this topic in Big 4 or equivalent or deep expertise (project) in an industry

4) Well versed with HRIS and social media recruiting tools
5) Ability to implement tools including: AI based recruitment, candidated assessment, IQ, EQ tools
