Assignment Details

Our client, a leading consulting company, is looking for independent consultants who can deliver the following:

- Participating in clinical audits, reviewing outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement in critical care services.
- Providing training and education to healthcare staff, including physicians, nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals, on critical care protocols, best practices, and advancements in the field.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Contributing to the development and implementation of hospital policies, protocols, and guidelines specific to critical care services.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements related to critical care
- Available onsite in Bengaluru

Skills Required

- At least 4 years of experience in public health.
- Experience in clinical audits, infection control, patient safety, critical care protocols, best practices, and advancements in the field
- Understanding of the compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements of a hospital
- Experience in healthcare infrastructure projects- setting up and managing healthcare facilities such as District hospital etc.
- Having a good knowledge about implementation of National Health Programs.
- Experience of working in the Government sector will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of English and Kannada
