It has a presence in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and select markets in Africa. Now they are considering entry into South East Asia – with a focus on Vietnam, Philippines as Stage 1 and Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand as Stage
2.
To support their initiatives, they are looking to engage with a Consultant who has experience in developing a Market Entry Strategy for a Nutrition brand.
Key Deliverables:
1. Developing and designing a Business plan and market entry strategy for Vietnam,
Philippines market
2. This would include a competitive landscape, 5-year resource plan
Note: This project requires remote support for 1-2 months.
1. Prior experience of working with medical nutrition company is a must.
2. Hands-on expertise in business development, with the ability to create new lines of business preferred.
3. Be able to identify, develop and launch a strategy to drive the initiatives
