Assignment Details

Our client, a leading non-profit research organization is looking to engage with a Consultant to increase the presence and visibility for the organization in the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
i) Organize once a month Roundtables on relevant topics. This will involve the topic design, inviting top stakeholders and do PR around the topic
ii) Organize two conferences for the year.
iii) Develop a relevant contact database for outreach and visibility
iv) Designing and sending out relevant mailers at regular intervals to the database.
v) Redesigning, maintenance, regular updates and content upload for our websites.
vi) Research and develop short summaries about the important developments in the ecosystem, and update the team internally.
vii) Coordinate various external agencies such as PR, conference organization, logistics, website design and content. The Consultant will be responsible to manage the agencies and ensure the deadlines are met with the agreed upon cost.
viii) Manage other projects that may be relevant for growing the ecosystem
