Assignment Details

Our Client, a fast-moving consumer goods company is looking to engage with Independent Social Media Designer for Employer Branding.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Design & Visual Storytelling
  •  Conceptualize, design, and produce high-impact static and motion creatives for LinkedIn and Instagram — including posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails.
  • Translate Employer Branding campaign narratives into cohesive, visually engaging content.
  • Ensure alignment with the brand and its associated brand's guidelines across all visual outputs.

 


2. Content Production & Scheduling

  • Ideate and edit short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics that drive engagement and storytelling effectiveness.
  • Manage the content publishing calendar and ensure timely release of posts across all digital platforms.
  • Liaise with the Global Employer Brand team for approvals, scheduling, and asset adaptation — handling conversations with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail.

 
3. Creative Governance & Optimization

 

  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable templates and visual systems for recurring formats.
  • Track and analyze creative performance metrics to optimize design output and engagement.
  • Uphold a high standard of creative excellence while adhering to timelines, processes, and brand consistency.

Skills Required

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Social Media Design, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications, or Digital Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience designing LinkedIn creatives for corporate or employer brand campaigns (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma / Canva Pro.
  • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, layout design, and platform-specific optimization.
  • Hands-on experience in video editing, reels creation, and basic animation.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to convert ideas into impactful design.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, scheduling tools, and content workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Highly organized and deadline-oriented; must strictly adhere to posting schedules and brand governance protocols.
  • Creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sensibility and an eye for detail.
