Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, wants to engage with a  Consultant- Communications & Media Relations 

Key Responsibilities:  

• PR Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust PR strategy aligned with HUL brand positioning, business objectives, and market leadership.  

• Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers. Proactively secure coverage in top-tier LIFESTYLE & New-age and industry publications.   

• Brand Messaging: Develop and refine brand messaging that resonates with our target audience and consistently communicates our unique value propositions.  

• Work with external PR and media agencies: To deliver strong campaigns, own the messaging and help contribute to press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Oversee the creation of content that enhances brand visibility and thought leadership.  

• Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for crisis communications. Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect and enhance the brand's reputation.  

• Event Management: Help the brand teams with PR events, press conferences, and media briefings that highlight achievements, milestones, and innovations. 
 
• PR Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize PR strategies and campaigns.  

Note- Duration- 12 months Location: On Site- Mumbai Capacity: Full-Time

-Leadership: Ability to lead PR at B&W and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
-Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze PR metrics, draw insights, and optimize strategies based on data.
