Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a Brand Manager having experience in Brand Marketing like Creating Content, managing agencies/ managing concept creation, and writing briefs for consumer research, and have had some exposure to New Product Development or new product launch.

There are 4 key responsibilities associated with this role –
1. Lead AW development & packaging
- Coordinating with SC and Business development teams to create the right mix across markets
- Work closely with AW agencies to create compliant AW packs from various Sourcing units
- Provide operational support to clusters by sharing required information on mix availability
2. Activations
- Work closely with Category Manager and Lead activate large scale multi cluster activations like FIFA, etc. across Deodorant brands. This would also mean working closely on all operational areas like managing agencies, managing costing process, stakeholder management like Procurement, BDMs, legal as well as Finance.
3. Managing content and asset creation for Deodorant brands on activations, POSM toolkits across brands and NPDs. Ensuring samples are available with the cluster teams for launch in markets, and work closely with clusters on execution of various events.
4. The role will report into International Marketing manager based out of Europe. The
role will interface with all categories at Director / Brand Manager level, supply chain and finance teams globally.

Skills Required

- 4-5 years of relevant Marketing experience in BD and/or BB in any region globally with a strong consumer focus
- FMCG Industry experience preferred
- Strong track record of consistent in market delivery
- Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
- Embrace a high growth mindset, with strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers
- Have strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
