Assignment Details

Our client, a global leading FMCG organisation, is looking to onboard an Independent Brand Consultant who has experience in working with Salon brands, collaborating with key marketing stakeholders to drive strategic, innovative, and effective communication and activation activities. Operating with a Consumer and Market Insights lens, you will work closely with your line manager and business partners to implement Transformational Actions. Your focus will extend beyond traditional marketing, incorporating a comprehensive understanding of salon brands, distribution networks, and margin structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Mix Development:

Collaborate with the Brand Team to formulate the appropriate marketing mix for each market, including pricing, positioning, and product packaging.

Cross-Functional Project Collaboration:

Work closely with Cross-Functional Project Teams, engaging with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Consumer Market Insights (CMI) for successful project delivery.

Innovation Support:

Provide support for packaging development and product testing related to innovation within the brand.

Communication Strategy:

Create effective communication strategies aligned with innovation, working in conjunction with CMI and Creative Agencies.

360-Degree Asset Creation:

Contribute to the creation of diverse assets, including TV, Print, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and Digital assets.

Note: This is a project-based role that requires Full-time On-site support in Mumbai for a duration of 12 month(s).

Skills Required

1. Demonstrated experience in developing global brand/mix strategies and collaborating with diverse countries for execution.
2. Significant experience in FMCG, Personal Care, and Skincare industries.
3. Familiarity with new communication and business models, such as Digital-centric communications, E-commerce, and selective channel strategies.
4. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
5. Strong bias for action, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
7. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
