Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG company is looking to engage with a Brand Consultant who can assist the Brand Management team in developing and implementing
marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Brand Campaigns:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of brand marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to gather data on consumer trends, competitive analysis, and market conditions.
- Analyze research findings to provide insights and recommendations for brand

3. Content Creation:
- Help develop creative content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

4. Event Coordination:
- Assist in organising and executing brand events, promotions, and activations.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-site support during events.

5. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various
analytics tools.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Brand Manager on key metrics and KPIs.

6. Brand Development:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and standards.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brands vision, values, and messaging.

Skills Required

 Experience in FMCG/Personal Care/ Skincare
 Strong interest in brand management and marketing.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
