Assignment Details

Our client, a leading large format managed office space provider is looking to engage with a Senior Marketing Advisor with a proven track record in B2B marketing and brand building to lead the marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in crafting a strong brand identity, positioning it effectively in the market, and building trust with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Identify target audiences, including institutional investors, partners, and key stakeholders, and craft strategies to engage.
  • Define and articulate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with B2B audiences.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Guide the development of brand assets, messaging, and campaigns to create a strong market presence.
  • Provide high-level guidance to internal marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Define key performance metrics and ensure the marketing efforts are driving measurable results.
  • Leverage personal expertise to elevate the company’s perception in the B2B space.
  • Deliver a structured marketing and branding strategy covering the critical six months leading up to and beyond.
  • Outline clear milestones for brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and stakeholder communication.

Skills Required

-20+ years in B2B marketing, brand building, and strategic advisory roles.
-Proven ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals under tight deadlines.
-Strong track record of guiding internal teams and external agencies to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful. 
- Deep understanding of B2B industries, market trends, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
