Our client, an Indian multinational conglomerate, is seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Manager to lead end-to-end marketing and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently driving campaigns with complete ownership, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
2. Build, enhance, and maintain a strong brand identity through consistent messaging and communication strategies.
3. Manage agencies, creative partners, and external vendors to deliver effective marketing outputs.
4. Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, leadership) to develop customer-facing collaterals and communication assets.
5. Drive B2B demand-generation programs aligned with business objectives.
6. Conduct industry and competitor research to identify new opportunities and insights.
7. Develop annual marketing calendars, project plans, and performance reports.
8. Oversee on-ground branding, events, and customer experience activities where required.
8–12 years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong experience in brand management, campaign ownership, and B2B marketing.
Background in Warehousing, Real Estate, Logistics is required.
Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Strong communication, creative, and project management skills.
Good educational pedigree with relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
