Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food service company, is looking to engage with a Beverage Chef.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and unique beverage recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all beverages, ensuring adherence to quality and consistency standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create beverage pairings that complement menu offerings.
- Monitor beverage trends and industry developments to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.

Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote/ Open to travel to Noida as and when required
Capacity: Full-time/Part-time (flexible)

Skills Required

- Proven experience as a Beverage Chef, Beverage Manager, or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, flavor profiles, and beverage presentation techniques.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
