Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food service company, is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and testing new recipes for various baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts, while considering flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Demonstrating expertise in a variety of baking and pastry techniques, such as mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking, to produce high-quality products consistently.
- Collaborating with management to develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and market trends, while also considering cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Implementing quality control measures to maintain the freshness, taste, and appearance of baked goods, including inspecting finished products for consistency and adherence to recipes.

Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote/ Open to travel to Noida as and when required
Capacity: Full-time/Part-time (flexible)

Skills Required

- Extensive – bakery / European food, back ground with some experience in Mediterranean cooking.
-Ability to innovate and create visually appealing and flavorful pastry items while paying attention to precise measurements, presentation, and decoration.
- Proficiency in a wide range of baking and pastry techniques, including mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, and baking, to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Ability to innovate and create new recipes, flavors, and designs for various baked goods while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Solid understanding of culinary principles, flavor combinations, and baking science to create delicious and visually appealing baked goods.
